Customer Satisfaction 
Jicksper's Store is a Malaysian online shopping store for clothes and accessories but we're gladly open to international customers too. At Jicksper’s Store customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and services and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your experience with us. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Kindly provide your feedback via email to help us improve and have a better long term relationship with our customers. Please note that all prices stated are excluding delivery costs.

Conditions of Goods
All goods will be carefully inspected prior to delivery. We reserve the rights to cancel your order should there be any damage, stain or loss of goods. You will be notified and full refund will be given. 

While we try to display the colors of our goods as accurately as possible on the site, the actual colors you see may be affected by your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the goods you receive

Placing Your Order
All orders must be made using our standard Order Form.

If you have any questions prior to confirming your order, please mail us at jicksper@gmail.com. No phone calls or SMSes will be entertained. All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation within 48 hours, kindly resend your order form. 

We will try to respond to all enquiries and orders as soon as possible however should there be any foreseen reason for delays beyond 2 days, we will keep your posted on this site.

International Orders
We accept international orders. Delivery charges may vary depending on weight, location and courier service. We will be able to provide details on shipping charges and estimated delivery period upon receipt of your order.

Prices
All prices stated not inclusive of delivery charges and non-negotiable. 

Payment Method
All payments are to be made to CIMB, Maybank or PayPal account within 24 hours upon receiving your Order Confirmation. Account number will be stated in your Order Confirmation.

Delivery charges are to be paid together with the goods’ charges.

Reservations
We do not accept reservations. If we do not receive the payment within 24 hours upon order confirmation, goods will be sold to the next customer. If you are unable to check your mail regularly and worry you might
